・In the real estate purchase contract, the buyer pays the seller and the seller transfers the ownership to the buyer (delivery and registration).
・The buyer borrows money from the bank in order to pay for the real estate (cash loan for consumption).
・The bank (lender) establishes and registers a mortgage on the real estate acquired by the buyer (borrower).
・Finally, when the borrower pays off the loan, the mortgage and its registration is cancelled.
